| Reservation Policies | By confirming a reservation personally, by phone, or on-line, you agree to the following booking terms & conditions.
1. One night stays are payable in full at time of booking unless by special request for delay. ( click Contact Us link on Home page for request )
2. If you book more than one night, 25% deposit is required the balance as shown is due for settlement on arrival by card or cash.
3. To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, all reservations from June 15th to August 30th must be canceled 24 hours before the arrival date.
4. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount of one night accommodation per room value will be charged.
Check In / Check Out: Unless by special request, our earliest check-in time is: 15:00 hours.
Unless by special request, our latest check-out time is: 10:00 hours unless a late check-out is arranged.
